With the way the bundle installer is working, it's going to check your main poller to see what modules you have installed. It will then download the same version of that module for the additional poller and present for install/upgrade. The only time you'd want to upgrade the additional poller is when you are upgrading your main poller as both need to have the same versions running. The only exception I've seen to the bundle not working is with both IPAM and NetFlow. IPAM can only run on the main Orion polling server (a hinderance to be sure) and with NetFlow you can just run the installer on the addtional polling server and it will install what's needed. The bundle is actually a bit more intuitive than using the individual installers as again, it communicates with the main poller to determine what's installed there.
