If you've configured the device for SNMP access, than more then likely the device doesn't support the RFC MIB-2 requests coming from SolarWinds. To test this, you can open the PollerChecker.exe on the Orion server (in the software install directory) and attempt to see what MIBs/OIDs the device supports that SolarWinds polls for. You can try setting the device in SolarWinds to SNMPv1 rather than v2c to change how SolarWinds is requesting the data. Finally, you can use the snmpwalk.exe to get a list of the OIDs that the device does support. It's likely that these will all be proprietary to the device, meaning you'd need to make a feature request for SolarWinds to add polling support for the device. You'd also need to contact the vendor to find out if there's a way to have the device respond to the mib-2 requests.
