I feel your pain... in the same boat here, but happened a while back.
basically, you can still use the server console, however, you will need to use it on each of the different pollers you have.
the same goes for your reports/jobs... each poller gets the prize of you having to set them up per poller...
unless I am just missing something right out there in front of my face, that is how I have had to do it... and it sure is a bunch of poopoo!!
