Log Parser Powershell Error

Testing the Log Parser (Powershell) template but i am receiving this error and not sure if I am missing something.

I am trying to read a test file to see what the template can do but I receive this error:

Not sure if it is something I have/haven't done but I think I have followed the instructions pretty well.

The script arguments for the first component "Total number of strings found" is d:\testlog.txt,error,total,0

WinRM was already configured on the server (which is the Orion server).

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
