Website Error: Object Not Set to an Instance of an Object

Issue:

Intermittent error on the Orion Web Console Summary page: "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object".

This issue relates to NCM's “Enabled Energy Wise Nodes” chart resource on this page. A third-party Infragistic object controls the chart; when it crashes the Orion Web Console throws the error.

Solution:

Manually remove the "Enabled Energy Wise Nodes".

1. Click Settings->Manage Views.
2. Select ‘Orion Summary Home’ view and click edit.
3. Remove ‘Enabled Energy Wise nodes’ resource and click Done.
4. Refresh the browser.
