While we have deployed NPM and Netflow, I'm looking for a good end-user monitoring solution. Something that actively monitors the user's computer, processes, memory, bandwidth, performance, etc, etc....

Normally when I see that, the SNMP string failed and the scan picked up the host by ICMP. Make sure SNMP is enabled in Linux and rescan. Once SNMP is working, you should see better results
