Thanks aLTeR, the UserDescription variable is helpful but doesn't really explain why the component is in that state. I have to login to Orion web, go to the node, and drill down to find out what has triggered it. I was looking for a way to include that information in the emailed alert, which would save me or someone on my team the trip.
