Hi.

 

AlertCentral will never ignore (or trash) alerts unless you specify it explicitly.

Are you sure you don't have "Trash this alert" in any of your Email Source settings?

Also, what mail client (Outlook + version, Thunderbird, Bat, etc.) you use to send mails?

Do you include some additional signatures, attachments, formating in you letter?

 

You configure ORION Alert Source. Do you receive alerts from this one?

 

I don't see in your log files any signs of troubles either.

Can you append this lines to your logger:

  <logger name="com.solarwinds.oncall.email.EmailPollerImpl" level="TRACE" />

  <logger name="com.solarwinds.oncall.workflow.WorkflowControllerImpl" level="TRACE" />

  <logger name="com.solarwinds.oncall.email.parser.MessageParserEngineImpl" level="TRACE" />

login into appliance (with admin/admin credentials; SolarWings Management tab> Edit Settings> logback-config.xml)

after:

- restart application

- create new mail and send to AC

- bundle logs
