User feedback sessions are GoToMeeting sessions where you get a chance to influence the next generation of SolarWinds products and websites (e.g. solarwinds.com, customer portal, etc).  Activities include "sneak peeks" at new features or products in development, "show us how you use it" sessions where you take us on a tour of your environment and show us what's working well and what you'd like to see changed, and more.  Sessions generally last an hour, but we have activities which take as little as 10 minutes and as long as an hour and a half.  Each time you participate, you can earn 2,000 thwack points, but more importantly, you really get a chance to shape direction and strategy.

We'll keep a running list here of opportunities for you, our user community, to provide feedback on SolarWinds products and websites here. Check back periodically or mark this thread as a favorite!
