Not Able to deploy "Deploy First - Alert-Central.ova" with Vsphere 5.0

Hi ,

          I am just trying to deploy Alert Central tool with Vsphere version 5.0 and i am getting the following error at the end of deployment - "unable to access <Folder Path>\system.vmdk file".

I have also attached my error log.Need suggestions.
