Okay I finally got it working. There's new confusing issue...
I was able to get the top UCS root to accept the SNMP and Poll for UCS working with the authenicationed user. Apparently, I thought it was being authenicated through the AD accounts...it wasnt. So I went in to here:
And validated users account in there and used that information to enter in the Poll for UCS:
Now I see that my syntax for AD account might be wrong but at this point, I am glad to get it working....
Now its seen as an Cisco UCS 6140 device, going down the branch to A and B side, its seen as Cisco UCS 6140XP devices.
Now logically, Im going to continue down the branches to the Chassis then Blades. Of course, SW asks me if I want to manage the blade with ORion NPM.. I accept. Then oddly, the authenication doesnt work for both the SNMP polling properties plus Poll for UCS at this stage? Is the setting for these SNMP and Poll for UCS located in a different place for this 'Blade' stage? Why is Poll for UCS no longer taking in the authenication user I had for up the branches?
