Hi All
Please see attachment and screenshot below. I am using evaluation version of SW WHD and trying to change the status on a ticket from "Open" to "Resolved". As you can see, the option is not there for this particular ticket.
You'll notice on the right, there is an Approval note and another error message. Just for clarification, I have deleted the approval in the Setup section and thought this would fix the problem.
Can anyone suggest what the cause is?
