Okay I've managed to get rid of two Fails out of three. I changed the permission and added Network service to the folders. Except for this one.
I go to the path C:\Windows\Temp\hsperfdata_WIN-NOBGFM4GTAF$ and add Full Rights to NETWORK SERVICE. When I run the permission checker it is fine and gives me succeeded. When I shut down the services and start them again it again reverts back to previous state i-e There's no NETWORK SERVICE in the permission properties of this folder. And of course it shows me FAILED again when I run the Permission Checker again.
