mark.junkin, It has been determined the fix in RC2, created a new issue requiring the monitoring account to be both a Local Administrator and a Domain Administrator. If you can temporarily add the account to the domain admins group and re-run the configuration on your server, it should complete successfully. The account can be removed from the Domain Admins group once AppInsight has been setup for the node. RC3 is scheduled to have this issue resolved. The required permissions for the account are listed below:
Domain account with local administrator permissions on the Exchange server
Member of the View-Only Organization Management group
Granted the "Mailbox Search" management role (Regular assignment, not Delegating assignment)
