Hello,
We use the Solarwinds SFTP/SCP server to backup the config on one of our appliances. It seems that no matter how many times we set the root directory, it will change back to the default directory of C:\SFTP_Root. I contacted technical support but was told that I need to submit the request online to see if anyone will help.
How can we change the root directory and make it stick?
