NTA audit trail, where is it?

I am looking to make a report, shown on our summary page, to count/display maintenance and admin stats for adding new, and changing existing IP Groups under "NTA Settings".

I do not see anything listed under the audit trail in the message center.

Are these actions listed elsewhere, and if so, then where?
