To run diagnostics:
1. Navigate to Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Documentation and Support.
2. Launch Orion Diagnostics.
3. Click Start.
4. Save SolarWindsDiagnostics.zip to an appropriate location.
Could you ask administrator to temporarily turn off the antivirus?
